At present, our shipping services are exclusively available for customers residing in Malaysia. However, we sincerely encourage and welcome our friends from other countries to reach out to us in order to inquire about the applicable shipping rates. 2. Shipping Charges and Third-Party Courier Information:

We would like to provide you with details regarding the postage fees and third-party courier services available for evalife:

  1. Standard Shipping Charges for West and East Malaysia:
    • West Malaysia: RM7
    • East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): RM10
  2. Free Shipping:
    • We offer free shipping for all orders over RM50.
  3. Third-Party Courier Partners:
    • Evalife partners with reliable third-party courier services to ensure efficient and secure delivery. Our current courier partners include J&T Express, DHL, and Poslaju.
  4. Important Note:
    • Please be aware that once an address is in the processing stage, it is not possible to make any adjustments. Therefore, we kindly request you to double-check and confirm your address details during the checkout process.

It is important to understand that while we strive for timely delivery, we are not directly responsible for courier services. External factors beyond our control may occasionally result in unforeseen delays. Nevertheless, we assure you that we are dedicated to assisting you to the best of our abilities.

Our office operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


4. During Promotion Periods:

During peak periods, such as promotional campaigns or high-demand seasons, there may be a slight delay in shipping. We kindly request your patience and understanding as the large volume of orders, transactions, and availability issues might temporarily affect our ability to fulfill our usual promise of next-day delivery.
