A: Yes, we prioritize your privacy and discretion. All products will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and discreet black packaging, securely sealed in a courier flyer. The consignment note will only indicate that it is a parcel without any sensitive content details.

A: We use the name "Eva" as the sender's name, along with our contact information and address. Rest assured, no sensitive keywords or references will be included in the sender details.

Q: What if I receive a used or defective product?

A: We guarantee that we never sell used products to our customers. All items we provide are brand new and safe to use. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please take a picture to verify the issue, and we will proceed with an exchange. Please make sure to keep the product unused (though it can be opened for inspection). We will cover the postage for the exchange, so you can shop with confidence and without any worries.
