• You have the right to cancel the contract within the 7-day cooling-off period as stated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, following the receipt of the goods. It's important to understand that the cooling-off period is not intended as a trial period. If you return the goods in anything other than new and complete condition, including the original packaging, it may impact your ability to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
• The products on this website may be located in different warehouses and require separate shipment operations. Placing an order using "cash on delivery" is deemed to agree to the partial shipment by the company. After picking up and paying for the first package, the company will send the missing items in the order. If there are any objections to the shipment, please contact customer service before placing the order.
  
• The company will not be responsible for any delays, damages, loss of contact, or incorrect delivery caused by weather or other force majeure factors during the delivery process.
