Refund Policy


★ Adult products are personal and intimate hygiene items   

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened. 

If the product is brand new, unopened, and includes all original packaging, freebies, and receipts, our store can provide a return and exchange service within seven days of purchase.

❌ No returns or exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Beyond the seven-day consideration period (counting from the date of delivery, including holidays); products that have exceeded the warranty period.
  2. All products are brand new. Once the packaging (including packaging, product film, stickers) is opened, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
  3. Returns sent back without prior customer service application will not be accepted, and no separate notification will be given.
  4. Product damage, deterioration, or any other issues caused by incorrect storage or usage by the customer.
  5. Silicone products with microbubbles, dents, residual glue, oiliness, peeling, cracks within 0.5cm, uneven coloring, small color spots, or other appearance-related phenomena that do not affect usage.
  6. Consumable products such as lubes, condoms, underwear, and liquid product are not covered by the warranty.
  7. Gifts are not covered by the warranty and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.


🚨 Notes on returns and exchanges:

  1. In the case of exchanging a defective new product, it can only be exchanged for the same item and cannot be exchanged for other products.
  2. If you have a physical invoice (physical invoice is given only when requested), please return it along with the product.
  3. Please ensure proper packaging and check the returned goods and contents to safeguard your rights for returns and exchanges. The final judgment will be based on the condition of the received package.
  4. If any items are missing upon return, the integrity of the exchanged new product cannot be guaranteed. For example, if a customer returns a product with a missing charging cable, the exchanged product will not include the charging cable.
  5. If the customer's inadequate packaging results in product damage or loss during the shipping process, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  6. To expedite the delivery of your product, please keep it unopened within seven days of receipt. Requests for color or model changes will only be eligible for refunds, not exchanges.

  1. If the returned product is incomplete or has been opened, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
  2. For warranty items, if the inspection results determine that the product is in good condition or the damage is caused by human factors, the product will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee (RM10) for home delivery.
  3. In special cases where Evalife needs to compensate for the return or exchange shipping fee, it will be reimbursed with shopping credits.

Defective New Product Exchange:

  • Products are considered new within seven days of delivery and come with a seven days warranty from the delivered date. Your purchase information is stored after placing the order (only for registered users), so please feel at ease using the product.
  • To process an exchange, contact Evalife customer service through the official website and follow the instructions to confirm the return method. Within seven days, Evalife will bear the shipping cost for the return and conduct inspection and testing. If the product is determined to be defective, a new product will be sent out.
  • The exchanged product must be in "complete packaging" and include all accessories, external packaging, gift items, etc. If any items are missing upon return, the integrity of the exchanged new product cannot be guaranteed. For example, if a customer returns a product with a missing charging cable, the exchanged product will not include the charging cable.

⚠️ If the product is determined to be in good condition during the inspection, it will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee (RM10). Please be aware to avoid any impact on your rights for exchanges. We reserve the right to review the eligibility for final returns and exchanges.


Return of Unopened Products:

  • Based on consumer protection laws, the seven-day "evaluation period" is for consideration and not for "trial use." Products cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.
  • To process a return, contact Evalife customer service through the official website, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. After the returned product is received and inspected by Evalife without any issues, the refund process will be initiated.
  • The returned product must be "unopened" and "complete with accessories," including packaging film, seals, gifts, accessories, etc. If any items are missing upon return, the product will not be eligible for return, and it will be returned to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee (RM10) for home delivery. Please be aware to avoid any impact on your rights for returns. We reserve the right to review the eligibility for final returns and exchanges.
  • For returns within the seven-day evaluation period, the following three cases will result in deductions from the refund amount:
    1. For bundled promotional items, if the return does not meet the minimum quantity for the promotional offer, the remaining products will revert to their original price.
    2. If the return does not meet the threshold for discounts or free gifts at the time of purchase, the discount or free gift must be returned.
    3. If the return does not meet the free shipping threshold at the time of purchase, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


The rules for returns and exchanges are lengthy, complex, and tedious. However, in order to ensure the rights of both parties, we insist on providing clear and concise explanations, hoping to effectively provide you with the information you need.
